How the AI allowance works
A known cost for AI, every month.
AI analysis is useful and it is not free to run. Rather than bundle it into every seat or bill by usage after the fact, the add-on comes with a stated monthly allowance of SKU reviews.
Each week the assistant reads every SKU within the allowance — sales, stock, forecast, open orders — and writes a short note on what changed and what it would do. Suggested order lines land as drafts in the same cart your buyer already uses.
When the allowance is reached, the review pauses and emails you. Nothing is billed beyond the add-on price. You can raise the allowance for the following month or leave it where it is.
Every suggestion is staged for approval. The assistant does not send purchase orders, change prices, or edit listings on its own. Turn it off, cap it, or restrict it to specific brands at any time.
