Built by Amazon operators who still run purchasing on it.
We got tired of running our own Amazon business out of spreadsheets. So we built the purchasing view we wished we had, and we use it every week.
Our team operated on Amazon for years before we started writing a single line of this product. We know what it's like to lose a weekend rebuilding a reorder spreadsheet after a velocity shock. We know what it's like to realize a SKU has been unprofitable for two months because the fee estimate lied. And we know what it's like to have the purchase-order history in one system, inventory in another, and the forecast in a tab nobody trusts.
The product exists because the tools we tried were either too rigid (RestockPro), too expensive for what they delivered (Helium 10 on the enterprise tier), or too shallow (spreadsheet templates dressed up as SaaS). We set out to build the tool an experienced buyer would actually trust: order history next to the stock it explains, forecasts that show their own accuracy, settlement-based P&L, and optional AI help that stages every suggestion for a person to approve.
Our own operation, week by week.
This is the cadence our team follows on BuyCast. It is also the cadence the product is designed around, which is why the demo walks the same four steps.
Principles that show up in the product.
