Request data deletion

You can ask BuyCast.ai to delete your account data and any Amazon Information we hold about your seller account. We complete deletion within 30 days of a verifiable request.

Two ways to revoke access

1. Revoke from Amazon Seller Central— the fastest option. Go to Apps and Services → Manage Your Apps, find BuyCast.ai, and click Revoke Access. We detect the revocation and start the deletion clock automatically.
2. Submit the form below — or email privacy@buycast.ai. We will reply within one business day with a request reference and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• All Amazon Information held about the seller account (catalog, orders, settlements, FBA inventory, financial events, refund and return data).
• Per-tenant retrieval indexes and Copilot context derived from your data.
• Account profile data, team memberships, and support correspondence tied to the workspace.
• Backups, on the next backup-rotation window (typically within the 30-day SLA).

What we keep, and why

• Billing recordsas required for tax and anti-fraud compliance — these contain no Amazon Information.
• Aggregated, de-identified usage signals that do not contain Customer-identifiable, PII, or Amazon Information.

Verification

For security we verify the request with the email address on the account or, for revoked accounts, the email matched against your last Amazon authorization. We will not delete data based on an unverified request from a third party.

Need a deletion certificate?

On request we provide written confirmation of deletion identifying the date, the systems purged, and any narrowly-scoped exceptions (such as billing records retained for tax compliance). Email privacy@buycast.ai and we will issue one once deletion is complete.
