AI assistance is an optional add-on. It reads each SKU weekly within your allowance, writes a note with a suggested action and its reasoning, and answers questions about your catalog. Every suggestion is staged for approval. You can cap it, restrict it to specific brands, or turn it off at any time.

Yes. Credentials encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager, stored separately from your data, with row-level security on every tenant and an audit log of every mutation. Read-only by default. Amazon writes are off until you enable them, ship in dry-run mode, and every change is staged for your approval. SOC-2 Type I in progress.

Can I cancel anytime?
