Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the BuyCast.aiplatform (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) on behalf of yourself and the legal entity you represent (“Customer”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Legend Software, LLC(“we,” “us”) provides a cloud platform for Amazon FBA sellers including demand forecasting, purchasing automation, profitability analysis, and an AI copilot. Features available to Customer are determined by Customer's subscription plan.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Customer is responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity under Customer accounts. Customer will not (a) reverse engineer the Service; (b) use the Service to violate applicable law; (c) attempt to access another tenant's data; or (d) resell the Service without our written consent.

4. Subscription, billing, and trials

Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe on monthly or annual terms. Trials last 14 days and require a valid payment method at signup; at trial end, Customer may elect a paid plan or move to read-only access. Plan changes are prorated. Refunds are issued for material service failures documented in the Service Level Addendum provided to Enterprise customers.

5. Intellectual property

Customer retains all rights to its data. We retain all rights to the Service (software, interfaces, documentation). Customer grants us a limited license to use Customer data solely to operate, improve, and support the Service.

6. Data processing

Our processing of Customer personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, for Enterprise customers, the Data Processing Addendum.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as specifically set forth in a signed Enterprise agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the fees paid by Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice and a cure period. Customer may cancel at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
